New VXI* VoiceXML browser 4.0 released!

The final VXI* VoiceXML browser 4.0 “Yalla” ref. 2009-01-19 32bit/64bit is now released with it’s coming with a new reviewed documentation!. These new release is suitable for production platforms running with all lastest Asterisk 1.4 and 1.6 kernels. Overall the response so far this new release is the major change made to our IVR/IVVR VoiceXML browser product since its creation; important features have been added to new video functions, programming options, logs/stats reporting and a new update for our automatic speech recognition engines (ASR) connector. VXI* VoiceXML browser 4.0 coming soon…

What’s new for the beginning of 2009 year? The 4th generation of our I6NET VXI* VoiceXML browser for Asterisk is coming. As some of our partners and customers already knows, we’ve been working behind the scene on the development of the new version 4.0 of VXI* VoiceXML browser for lasted Asterisk 1.4 and 1.6 platforms. This new release is currently installed in most preproduction platforms deployed since a couple of months, and it really powerful for videocalling and last Asterisk kernels running over Dhadi! We will be publishing more descriptions and the full packages to download very soon for the first week of January. We are also working in a new 4.0 documentation and installation guides. VoiceXML based IVR are leading the market’s evolution

According to last 2008 Datamonitor‘s report and a referenced DestinationCRM‘s article, global investment in IVR licenses will increase from $475 million in 2006 to $845 million by 2012, in large part due to the adoption of VoiceXML. In a shift away from open-standard IVR platforms, these new statistics show approximately 69 percent of all IVR shipments will be VoiceXML-based platforms.
